Basically what we've done is to look for quite a tiny variation in the magnetic field direction of an iron ultra-thin layer in contact with a ferroelectric Hf-Zr-O "driver", by making use of our beloved Mössbauer spectroscopy as conducted in situ at ESRF - The European Synchrotron (ID18), while applying the electric field stimulus to the prototype device..... and it was succesfull!
